SCHEDULE INFORMATION
Class Duration
Most classes run 60-90 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes early to wrap hands and warm up. Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons.
What to Bring
Water bottle, workout clothes, and athletic shoes. Hand wraps and gloves available for rent or purchase at the gym.
Reservations
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend reserving your spot for popular evening classes. Cancel at least 2 hours in advance.
First Timer?
Your first class is free! Just show up 15 minutes early to complete a quick waiver and meet your instructor. No experience needed.
